The holidays are incredibly difficult for many people. The changing weather, family issues and the stress of all the extra stuff to do can be overwhelming. Add some lingering grief, and it doesn’t feel like a wonderful time at all. It feels sad and lonely. We try to shove tough feelings away and distract ourselves, but these feelings are important. They are there to tell us something. Join me for an evening of learning and conversation. Take some time to slow down and give yourself some much deserved attention. I will teach you some new ways of dealing with challenging feelings.
